You contact Team Sampler with a proposal for a contribution. Your contribution should represent your work and you can contribute from 25 to 200 or more samples.

Be sure to contact them before you send anything. Each month the deadline is the 20th for the following month's contribution to give Team Sampler some time to assemble the Samplers.
